My first time meal prepping. Thanks to Trinh and Peet for showing me the ropes. Now I know how to weight the appropriate grams of protein and rice for the four meals I will be eating daily. My daily calorie limit will be ~1,700/day. I am grateful for the help and glad to know it’s a pretty simple process, just need to stick to it and lay away from the sweets.

I wanted to have options for my meals so starting with chicken, steak, shrimp and fish. Day. 1 down and looking forward to consuming these healthy meals. I started meal prepping after realizing I kept forgetting to eat lunch, it was unhealthy and was not helping my attitude. I am hopeful these will keep me on track and give me more energy for work, life, etc.
