Meal prepping is kind of fun. I know I will eventually get tired of it, especially standing for hours cooking rice, cutting chicken, peeling shrimp and etc. All I need to do now is stick to eating four meals a day, which is a lot for me. To be honest, I started meal prepping because I realized I was starving myself to stay skinny and to save money. Eating a sweet snack/banana and one meal a day is not enough to sustain myself. No wonder I was hangry at the world.
